We both have earned our ABR designations (Accredited Buyers Representative) and both earned Whatcom County's "Rookie of the Year" award our first year in Real Estate. We are a unique real estate team that lists and sell properties together, but market those properties independently. We are both licensed, full-time real estate agents with RE/MAX. Hi. I'm Scarlett Bourcier and I am an eight year resident of Bellingham and have been in Western Washington for 15 years. I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and I can't see living anywhere else. There's just so much this area has to offer. Excellent public schools, restaurants, shopping, live music, theater and so much more. My family and I really love that we can take a day trip to Vancouver, B.C. or Seattle and still enjoy the lifestyle and convenience of living in beautiful Bellingham. I grew up on the Oregon Coast and have slowly migrated North over the years. I am a lifelong volunteer and believe it's important to keep communites strong and neighbors connected. My years volunteering have included the Public Library system, Public School system and most recently, Mount Baker Theatre.

Hi. I'm Crystal O'Neill and I've been in Whatcom County now since 2004. I'm originally from Lompoc California, which is the central coast, between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. I graduated from Cal State Bakersfield majoring in Sociology and minoring in Criminal Justice. I played collegiate softball for 4 years. I have a wonderful husband who is originally from Vancouver Washington and played football for WWU. We have a beautiful daughter and another one on the way. I'm a very active person, with high energy, and very aggressive/competitive. I'm a hard worker and will always provide the best service to my clients. If you need a running partner- I'm your gal!
